CMI Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring

These qualifications are intended for supervisors and first-line managers to support the development, coaching, and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve goals.

3A2V2 CMI Level 3 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring

Learners must complete a minimum of 5 credits by completing any combination of units. The minimum Total Qualification Time is 50 hours, which includes 20 Guided Learning Hours.

3C2V2 CMI Level 3 Certificate in Management Coaching and Mentoring

Learners must complete a minimum of 13 credits by completing any combination of units. The total qualification time must be at least 130 hours, including 50 Guided Learning Hours.

3D2V2 CMI Level 3 Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring

Learners must complete all Group A units and any combination of Group B units to earn a minimum of 7 credits. To obtain this qualification, students must complete a total of 37 credits. The total qualification time must be at least 370 hours, including 145 Guided Learning Hours.
